Job Description

Responsible for the complete management of sales targets and distribution for a particular Area within a region for entire range of products. -Responsible for Primary, Secondary sales for entire Districts and States. -Handling distributors, Appointment of Super Stockiest & CS -Looking after major key accounts. -Negotiating & organizing makeover activities in all the Major accounts. -Develops sales strategies for his Area in conjunction with Regional Sales Manager & Drives key initiatives in the region through his team of Front line field staff. -Manages the environment (Customers, Influencers). Identifies opportunities and manages them in a favourable manner. -Responsible for monitoring the field staff activities.
