Job Description

Identify and analyze tender opportunities relevant to the security industry Coordinate with internal teams to gather information, pricing, and documentation required for tender submissions. Knowledge of tender evaluation criteria and contract negotiation is an advantage. Strong understanding of tendering procedures, regulations, and documentation requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Prepare and compile tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tender requirements. Manage the entire tendering process, including the submission of bids within specified deadline Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address queries and provide necessary information during the tender process. Stay updated with tender regulations, guidelines, and industry trends. Perform any other duties as assigned by the management related to tendering activities. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
