Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in driving business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong understanding of the bridge construction industry. Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in managing client relationships and maintaining up-to-date records in our CRM system. Prepare and process sales quotes, proposals, and contracts in collaboration with the engineering and project management teams. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and track industry trends. Coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and events, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively. Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports to inform management decisions. Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
