We are looking for an Architect and Interior Designer to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing, and overseeing the construction till execution. The person will be involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations, and conservations from the earliest stages right through to completion. - Creating and building highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD), 3D MAX applications. - Working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact, and project budget. - Ability to manage a team or labor. - Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction. - Must be comfortable with Site supervision, Vendor Management & Material Management. - Traveling would be required to visit sites, to meet vendors or for the negotiation purpose. - Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards.
