Job Description

Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with GAAP. General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and collections. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, and monitor performance against budgetary targets. Compliance & Audits: Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements. Support external auditors during financial audits. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making and strategic planning. Tax Preparation: Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely and accurate submission of tax-related documents.
