Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in the Home Vastu industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of Vastu principles. This role involves meeting clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored Vastu solutions to improve their home environments. Identify and target potential clients through various channels. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs. Present and promote our Home Vastu solutions to prospective clients. Demonstrate the benefits and value of Vastu principles in home design. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue. Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, understand their requirements, and provide personalized solutions. Coordinate with the team to arrange site visits and consultations. A bike is mandatory for this position.
