Job Description

Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock levels. Perform regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies. Manage inbound and outbound stock movements. Ensure the storeroom is well-organized and clean. Supervise the receipt, storage, and issuance of goods. Safeguard inventory from damage or theft. Prepare and maintain inventory reports. Document stock transactions and update inventory management software. Coordinate with accounts for purchase orders and invoices.
