Job Description

Key responsibilities: 1. As a production manager, you'll make sure goods and services are produced safely, cost-effectively and on time and meeting the required quality standards, coordinating all production activities and operations. 2. 3 to 5 years of experience as a Team Lead of General fabrication structure. 3. Develop & Implement schedules so that production targets & objectives are met. 4. Client communication related to In-process production activity & Responsible from the Engineering Drawing study stage to deliver the material. 5. Maintain Inventory levels and Control flow of product & have experience of handling various departments like material preparation , cutting and welding, assembly, painting and dispatch. 6. Capable to manage 200+ headcounts including Supervisor, Engineers, Shift In-charge. 7. Monitoring productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programmes. 8. Fabrication quality requirement knowledge as per ASME Section-9 & Excellent knowledge of interpreting drawing/design documents. 9. Ensure that health and safety guidelines are always followed. 10. Collect and analyse data, putting together production reports for both factory managers and customers & assure the smooth operations of the plant by taking preventive & corrective measure to keep plant & machinery in good health. 11. Supervise and motivate a team of workers & review worker performance and identify training needs.
