Job Description

1. Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share for Servo Systems products and solutions. Identify and target potential clients while strengthening relationships with existing customers. 2. Business Development Research and identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and emerging markets. Leverage industry knowledge and networks to expand the customer base and explore untapped potential. 3. Client Relationship Management Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges. Provide tailored solutions and address client concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets. Provide training, feedback, and strategic direction to maximize performance. 5. Sales Forecasting & Analysis Monitor market trends and sales data to forecast revenue and identify growth opportunities. Adjust sales strategies based on analysis and market intelligence. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales initiatives and deliver seamless client experiences. 7. Proposal & Contract Management Develop and present customized proposals, quotations, and presentations showcasing the value of Servo Systems products and solutions. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable and mutually beneficial deals. 8. Market Intelligence & Reporting Stay abreast of industry advancements, competitor activities, and technological trends in Servo Systems. Provide actionable insights to management and generate detailed sales performance reports. Key Qualifications: Proven experience in sales and business development within the Servo Systems or related industry. Strong understanding of servo systems, automation, and market dynamics. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve goals. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
