Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service Executive to manage and oversee the import operations for sea and air consignments. The role includes coordinating with importers, CHAs, shipping lines, transporters, and overseas agents to handle inquiries, send quotations, and negotiate competitive freight rates. Responsibilities include managing import documentation, preparing Bills of Entry, filing on Icegate, submitting E-sanchit documents, and addressing customs queries. You will ensure smooth shipment workflows, resolve charge-related disputes, issue Bills of Lading (BL) post-payment, and act as the central point of contact between inter-branch operations. Additionally, you will focus on maintaining DSR updates, coordinating with clients, and driving business growth by building relationships with current and prospective clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in customer service within import operations.
