Job Description

We are hiring a dynamic Sales Executive (Export/Import) to join our team, exclusively for female candidates. The role involves coordinating with exporters to handle sea and air inquiries, preparing quotations, and negotiating with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and shippers to secure closings and nominations. Responsibilities include liaising with CHAs, shipping lines, and transporters to ensure smooth shipment operations, negotiating competitive freight rates and DO bookings, and resolving disputes related to charges. You will also manage carrier and co-loader debit notes for accounting purposes, ensure timely issuance of Bills of Lading (BL) after payment, and act as a key point of contact between inter-branch operations. With a focus on driving business growth, you will collaborate with existing and prospective clients to ensure better business volume. Prior customer service experience in export operations within a freight forwarding company is required. Strong coordination, negotiation, and client relationship skills are essential for this role.
