Job Description

Business Consultation: Provide one-on-one business counseling to clients, assessing their needs and helping them develop strategies to overcome challenges in areas such as marketing and operations. Business Planning: Assist clients in preparing detailed business plans, including financial projections, market analysis, and operational strategies. Financial Analysis: Help clients analyze their financial statements, identify financial issues, and suggest ways to improve cash flow, reduce expenses, and increase profitability. Market Research & Strategy: Guide clients in conducting market research and developing effective marketing strategies to expand their business reach. Training & Workshops: Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and seminars on various business-related topics such as leadership, innovation, and financial literacy. Networking & Partnership Development: Assist clients in building networks and partnerships with local organizations, financial institutions, and government agencies that could help grow their business. Resource Facilitation: Identify and provide access to resources such as grants, loans, mentorship programs, and other support services that can aid business development.
