Job Description

1.Sales Strategy & Leadership: -Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the sales goals for petroleum products (fuel, lubricants, and other related products). -Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and overall sales growth. -Oversee and refine the sales strategy to target new and existing market segments, expanding the company’s reach. -Establish and monitor sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team. 2.Revenue Growth & Market Expansion: -Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and potential for product diversification within the petroleum sector. -Drive market expansion in new regions, business-to-business (B2B) partnerships, and corporate accounts. -Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as government bodies, oil refineries, industrial clients, and distributors. Customer Relationship Management: -Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and business retention. -Address client queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer loyalty and retention. -Act as a key liaison with major customers and partners, handling escalations and ensuring service excellence. Team Management & Development: -Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance, ensure skill development, and achieve revenue targets. -Conduct regular sales training sessions to keep the team updated on new products, market trends, and best practices. -Create an environment of collaboration, transparency, and goal orientation to foster high performance. Reporting & Analysis: -Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, market trends, and sales forecasts. -Analyze market data and customer feedback to continuously refine sales strategies and tactics.
