Job Description

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to promote Servo Systems products and solutions, targeting both existing and potential clients. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the Servo Systems industry, leveraging industry knowledge and networks to expand the customer base. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Sales Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives. Sales Forecasting: Forecast sales projections, analyze sales data, and monitor market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving sales goals. Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and value propositions of Servo Systems products and services. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and technological advancements in Servo Systems, providing insights and recommendations to management.
