Job Description

Develop and design bridge bearings, joints, and related components based on customer requirements and industry standards. Create detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing and assembly processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, production, and quality assurance, to ensure successful product development and launch. Conduct design reviews, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to identify potential issues and optimize designs. Perform simulations, prototyping, and testing to validate design concepts and ensure functionality and reliability. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in bridge bearing and joint design. Provide technical support and guidance to production teams during the manufacturing process. Continuously improve and innovate design processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and product quality.
