Job Description

Supervise daily production activities in the packaging and corrugated box manufacturing units. Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols. Monitor machinery and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime. Manage and train the production team to optimize productivity and maintain workplace discipline. Inspect materials and finished products to ensure compliance with company and client specifications. Coordinate with the management team to report progress and resolve operational issues. Maintain inventory records of raw materials and finished goods. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
