Job Description

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and provide accurate information about our products and services. Process customer orders, ensure timely delivery, and coordinate with the production and logistics teams. Assist in maintaining inventory records and ensuring stock levels are up-to-date. Prepare and manage documents related to sales, purchases, and shipments. Generate regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
