JOB DESCRIPTION:- -To handle Govt. Tenders and Preparing documents for the Principal Companies. -Search the tenders based on available product range, market intelligence, bid preparation in respective manner, costing assistance, risk analysis, competitor's forecast, timely bid submission and attend the tender opening and other tender activities. -Preparation of Techno- Commercial Offers. -Meeting the Technical Requirement of Clients., -Discussion and follow up with clients. -Promoting the Business of companies from Russia, CIS & Europe, China. -Monitor cost and quantity of engineered equipment and bulk commodities and their comparison to the budget -Expertise in cost estimating, planning, and scheduling. -Coordinating the business between Principal Companies & Indian Companies. -Ability to research, plan and prepare technical documents on time. -Purchasing & Follow up with Vendors. -Organize / take part in bid initiation & review meetings.
