Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our team. The successful candidate will ensure that team members meet production goals, maintain high-quality standards, and adhere to safety protocols. You will play a key role in supporting team efficiency and providing guidance to staff Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure smooth operations. Provide direction, coaching, and training to enhance team performance. Ensure work is completed according to quality standards and operational procedures. Monitor and resolve any issues related to product quality or service delivery. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring targets and deadlines are met. Coordinate workflow and adjust schedules as needed to meet demands. Enforce safety regulations and best practices within the team. Monitor the workplace for potential hazards and take corrective actions. Maintain and update daily/weekly/monthly reports for management review.
