JOB DESCRIPTION:- -Marketing & Strategy Specialist – Lead & formulate market strategy across industrial segments (Mining, Metallurgy, Oil & Gas, Defense, Railway) for engine project business aligned with business targets. -Managing product planning, Go-to-market strategy, product management. Drive multi-disciplinary internal & external teams to achieve goals of marketing strategy by efficient completion and execution of projects. -Establish market size by analysis & updates on market segments, market share, key market trends. Develop monthly sales forecast, annual operating plan, strategic growth plan by forecasting market trends. -Pricing - Leading pricing activities for domestic engine business as Pricing Manager. Implementing effective pricing strategies across all industrial segments. -Should be experienced in Working with different teams to ensure profitable pricing across various products. -Conducting a periodic profit margin analysis to identify and work on critical reasons for fluctuations. -Drive pricing and profit margin improvement projects. -Competitive Intelligence – Regular tracking & benchmarking competitor activities. Building and publishing monthly newsletter within organization with relevant updates on competition and OEM activities through primary & secondary research. -Develop actionable analysis and recommendations based on market related events. -Sales Strategy – Formulation and execution of sales & strategic growth initiatives to penetrate the market, develop new products and enter adjacencies.
