We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to drive sales and meet targets through effective telephonic communication. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential customers. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services. Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns. Convert inquiries into confirmed sales through effective communication and persuasion. Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction. Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance benchmarks. Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system. Update customer information regularly to ensure data accuracy. Collect feedback from customers about products, services, and pricing. Share insights with the marketing and sales teams to refine strategies.
