Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to help expand our presence in the IT industry. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector, including IT services, software development, and cloud solutions. Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold outreach. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demos, and proposals to clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client requirements are met with the right solutions. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals successfully. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis. Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company’s offerings. Prepare sales reports and maintain an updated database of client information.
