Job Description

We are seeking a Head Mistress (HM) for the Primary Wing for the upcoming session 2025-26. The ideal candidate should be an experienced Senior Coordinator from the Primary Wing and should be ready to teach two classes daily in Grades 3 to 5 for any one subject. Key Responsibilities: Provide academic leadership and oversee the Primary Wing (Grades 1 to 5). Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum and school policies. Conduct two regular classes daily in Grades 3 to 5 in any one subject. Monitor and guide teachers in lesson planning, assessments, and teaching methodologies. Implement teaching innovations to enhance student learning. Organize faculty development programs and provide teacher training. Supervise student discipline, academic progress, and overall development. Maintain effective communication with parents, teachers, and school management.
