Job Description

1. Audit & Assurance: Assist in the execution of internal and external audits. Perform testing of financial transactions and balances. Document audit findings, prepare working papers and contribute to audit reports. Work with clients in the field, performing various audit tasks including preparing financial statements in compliance with applicable standards. 2. Taxation: Prepare and file GST, Income Tax and TDS returns. Assist in tax assessments, audits and the preparation of financial statements for tax filing. Research tax issues and assist with tax planning for clients. Support in compliance with tax regulations and submission of periodic returns. 3. Accounting & Financial Management: Help in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for clients. Assist in accounting reconciliations and ensure proper recording of transactions. Support in managing accounting records including trial balances and general ledger entries. Prepare management reports, profits & loss statements and balance sheets. 4. Advisory & Consulting: Assist in conducting financial advisory projects including business valuation and financial analysis. Research accounting and regulatory standards to support advisory recommendations. 5. Client Interactions: Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and documents for audits and other services. Provide timely updates to clients on the progress of their audits or tax filings. Support senior professionals in client meetings, correspondence and reports. 6. Learning & Development: Engage in continuous learning through training sessions and workshops. Stay updated with the latest developments in accounting, auditing and taxation. Work under the supervision of qualified Chartered Accountants to enhance practical knowledge and skills.
