JOB DESCRIPTION:- -Project Management-Coordinating project activities including project design, planning, WBS, finalizing technical specification, procurement, monitoring progress of work to ensure timely completion without any cost and time overrun. -Presenting Project progress and MIS reports to the top management, Lenders. -Organizing review meetings; defining agenda points and monitoring of action plans. -Monitoring internal MIS & ensuring updated status in the form of report is circulated -Monitor that Document Controller maintains Engineering documents as per SOP. -Project Execution-Managing the installation, erection, commissioning of Control & Instrumentation, Information Technology equipment as part of project & liaising with consultants & suppliers for execution of the project. -Coordinating with the contractors & vendors for ensuring timely delivery. Project Coordination Activities- -Coordination with various consultants and suppliers of all disciplines for engineering and site execution activities. -Coordination with Head Office and site office. -Coordinating the work flow and resolving problems. -Floating enquiries, evaluation of bids, conducting technical & commercial meetings, negotiations and finalization of contract. -Budget approval from top management and preparation of contracts. -Technical Support for Project activities. Site execution and Other Responsibilities- Review, Engineering, Designing and implementation of Plant Communication system. -Preparation of O&M budget, Spares list, SOP, preventive and predictive maintenance schedule -Preparation of checklists for pre-commissioning and commissioning of facilities as per the requirement of standards and good engineering practices. -Impact and ensure safety practices during erection and commissioning activities. -Coordination in interlock checking of BOP and BTG to ensure safe operation of equipment during operation and maintenance. -Identify vendors for product requirements as per the company’s requirements.
