Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Site Billing Engineer – Electrical to manage and oversee the billing process for electrical projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in project billing, cost estimation, and coordination with site teams to ensure accurate and timely billing. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Prepare, verify, and process project bills, invoices, and reports. ✔ Coordinate with site engineers and contractors for measurement verification. ✔ Maintain and update billing records, purchase orders, and work completion reports. ✔ Ensure compliance with contract terms, project budgets, and payment schedules. ✔ Work with project managers to track expenses and cost estimations. ✔ Analyze and verify subcontractor bills before approval. ✔ Collaborate with accounts and finance teams for invoice processing. ✔ Resolve discrepancies related to billing and payments. ✔ Conduct periodic audits to ensure billing accuracy.
