Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our CA firm and assist in HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes within the financial and accounting sector. Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews. Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date. Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires. Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management. Help coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs. Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws relevant to CA firms. Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits. Prepare HR reports and assist in audits as required.
