Job Description Payable/ Receivable/ Bookkeeping/TDS/ Taxation -Serve as a change agent by driving the adoption of successful process improvement practices and by diagnosing barriers to project success and facilitating resolution. -Clearly communicate opportunities where changes can be made and what are required to make those changes. -Plan, roll-out, support and provide training to others in process improvement methodology. - Finalization of Company Accounts/Audit/ROC - Auditing financial records. Reviewing and certifying clients' book of accounts, balance sheets. - Co-coordinating with Statutory Auditors / Internal Auditors -Preparation of MIS reports, variance analysis etc. -Responsible for monthly / quarterly / annual closing
