Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present a wide range of authentic Indian dishes (veg & non-veg). Create and innovate new Indian recipes to keep the menu exciting. Maintain food quality, taste, and consistency at all times. Ensure kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols. Supervise and train kitchen staff when needed.
