🔎 Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive for our Paint Manufacturing business. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, appointing distributors, and boosting secondary sales across assigned regions. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in channel sales and a strong network within the building material or paint industry. 📌 Key Responsibilities: Identify, meet, and onboard potential distributors in targeted areas. Promote the company's paint products to dealers, hardware retailers, and contractors. Develop and execute field sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners and ensure timely order execution. Regularly visit the market to assess customer and distributor needs. Coordinate with the internal logistics, marketing, and accounts team for smooth operations. Generate daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback.
