Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:- -On site condition monitoring of rotating equipment. -Handling and execution of Condition Monitoring services like spectrum analysis, laser shaft alignment , in situ dynamic balancing, determining the root cause of failure of machines and Bearings. -Identifying the pain area of the customer providing the solution without any downtime and generating the sales opportunity for the sales team. -Presenting the technical seminars to the customer maintenance team. -Conducting the Technical workshops at customer site making them aware of good practices for Bearing Mounting -Dismounting, Proper Lubrication Predictive maintenance and Proactive maintenance. -Convincing the Top Managements for our products and services. -Converting the customers towards My company for Sale and Purchase of Our Products and Services. -On site oil inspection by using techniques like Crackle test for moisture, Patch test for Contamination and Viscosity test. -Early fault findings of rolling element bearings. Root cause failure analysis of Premature bearing failures.
