Job Description

-The resources will be monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks within an organization in a technical role. If there are any issues or changes required, such as forgotten passwords, viruses or email issues, you'll be the first person employees will come to. -Tasks can include installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems, either over the phone or face to face. It is a pure Tech/Software profile -Support for all Desktop & Laptop calls. standard Service delivery Scope Covers desktops, laptops, Voice, Printers and Mobile Devices -Incident diagnosis and resolution for all Windows OS and Office Automation software -Installation of the software and configuration as per Client specifications. -Deployment of additional software as needed by Client. -Support for Client Specific applications (problem resolution on client side): Training on applications to be provided by Client. -Coordinate with Suppliers for resolution of problems. -Tracing, diagnosing and correcting faults. -Identifying recurring problems, reporting trends to management recommending solutions or correcting procedures. -Monitors that no unauthorized software is loaded to the desktops. -Install standard software based on the user category classification and business requirements as defined and provided by Client. -Try to resolve Hardware problems or Escalate hardware problems for Suppliers.
