We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive the expansion and management of our dealer and distributor network in the mineral water industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new dealers and distributors, while building long-term relationships to drive sales and product availability across the region. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for business development, strong interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of the channel sales model. Dealer & Distributor Recruitment: Identify, approach, and recruit potential dealers and distributors within the designated territory. Focus on building a robust network to maximize reach and availability of mineral water products in the region. Market Expansion: Develop strategies to expand product distribution by onboarding new partners and increasing market penetration. Focus on increasing brand presence in underserved areas. Channel Partner Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and new dealers and distributors. Ensure ongoing support, address concerns, and collaborate on sales and promotional initiatives. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by working closely with channel partners to achieve mutual business goals. Monitor sales performance, ensure timely product delivery, and help partners improve sales conversion. Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct regular market assessments to understand local demands, competitor activity, and customer preferences. Use this data to identify new business opportunities and fine-tune recruitment strategies. Training & Support: Provide product training, sales tools, and promotional materials to dealers and distributors to enhance their sales performance. Assist in troubleshooting challenges faced by the distribution network to ensure seamless business operations. Promotions & Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities for dealers and distributors to boost sales and enhance brand visibility. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and measure sales performance across the dealer and distributor network. Provide detailed performance reports, market feedback, and strategic recommendations to the Channel Sales Manager. Relationship Building: Regularly visit and engage with dealers and distributors to strengthen business relationships, build loyalty, and ensure customer satisfaction. Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from the field regarding product performance and consumer preferences, and communicate these insights to the management and product teams.
