Job Description

We are seeking a School Counsellor for the upcoming session 2025-26. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and supporting students' emotional, academic, and social well-being while ensuring a positive school environment. Roles & Responsibilities: Provide counseling and emotional support to students facing academic, personal, or social challenges. Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address behavioral, psychological, and emotional concerns. Assist students in career guidance and subject selection based on their skills and interests. Organize workshops on mental health, stress management, and life skills. Identify students needing special education support and collaborate with teachers and parents for intervention strategies. Address bullying, peer pressure, and conflict resolution among students. Support students in exam-related stress and time management. Maintain confidential records and documentation of student counseling sessions. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administration to develop an inclusive and supportive school environment.
