Job Description

DETAILED WORK PROFILE:- 1. Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, consolidate, and analyse data from various departments. 2. Report Generation: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, highlighting order booking, sales, billing, etc. 3. Billing on Tally ERP: Generate invoices and manage billing on Tally ERP. 4. Commercial Operations Support: Assist with contract management, billing, and invoicing. 5. Client Coordination: Coordinate with clients for dispatch instructions, order status, delivery updates, and payment follow-ups. 6. Creation of ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice): Prepare and upload ASNs on supplier portals to notify clients of shipment details. 7. Uploading Documents on Supplier Portals: Upload invoices, ASNs, and other required documents to supplier portals for order processing, tracking, and reconciliation KEY RESPONSIBLITIES - To study different steel structure's drawings and documents. - Must have knowledge of drafting in layers and setting of sheet layout. - Update drawing and documents with addressing revision done. - Work with the engineering team to finish work within the specified deadline. - Sound technical knowledge, through knowledge of all related codes and section details, in-depth and detailed checking of jobs before delivery. - Checking shop drawings and preparing BOQ before issue for our production line. - Ensure delivery of error free jobs to clients. Key Requirements:- - Should have experience in the Steel Fabrication/Manufacturing/Architecture industry. - Should have hands-on experience in drafting different structures. - Knowledge of 3D Modeling Tools like Revit is desirable. - Hands-on experience in drafting of structures of Steel/RCC would be preferred. - Should be proficient in using computer software like MS Office (Excel & Word). - Should have experience of structural steel and AutoCAD, Revit and Tekla Structures.
